Finally!! Daylight Saving Time! I don’t know about you, but I love that our daylight hours will now be extended.
So with all the thoughts and images I’ve been having of my brother as of late, I found myself wondering what would have happened if my twin bro and I had been born right when one of these switches in time had taken place.
Well it seems that Daylight Saving Time can change birth order—on paper, anyway. For example, during the time change in the fall, one baby could be born at 1:55 a.m. and the sibling born ten minutes later, at 1:05 a.m., actually making the second twin appear older than the first twin…freaky! As for the spring, there’s a gap when no babies are born at all: from 2:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.…talk about quickly making the possible impossible!
